A 16-year-old boy was shot and killed on a street in southwest London, shocking the local community. The incident took place on Paradise Road in Stockwell on the afternoon of March 4. Emergency services, including police, paramedics, and an air ambulance, rushed to the scene after receiving reports of the shooting around 3:30 PM. Sadly, the teenager was pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities are working to confirm the victim’s identity and inform his family. Superintendent Gabriel Cameron expressed deep concern over the tragic event, stating that it is extremely distressing for the community. He assured that officers are actively gathering CCTV footage and speaking to witnesses to determine what happened.
A murder investigation has been launched, but no arrests have been made so far. The area remains cordoned off as forensic experts and police continue their inquiries.
